6 eggs, whisked
2/3 cup sugar
½ tsp. (scant) salt
4 cups hot milk
2 tsp. vanilla
Combine eggs, sugar and salt;
slowly add hot milk. Place in a high 2
½ quart casserole dish in hot water. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes; or use
custard cups and bake 30 minutes.
