Pineapple Fluff

Made by Erma Ulmer Williamson and her sister Mildred Ulmer Thacker for many a family gathering!
This recipe was common for spring, summer, and fall picnic.
Can still remember the last crumbs as Mom brought home the empty dish.
Yummmy Bob Williamson
3/4 cup milk – heat very hot and add and melt
1/2 lb. marshmallows and cool
Then add 1 1/2 cups cream whipped
2 small cans crushed pineapple, well drained
1 teaspoon vanilla
chopped nuts if you like

Line a flat pan (long pyrex) with crushed vanilla wafers or graham crackers, pour in mixture and cover with more crumbs and cool.
