2 ½ cups sugar
½ cup butter
1 cup milk
3 eggs
5 cups flour
3 teaspoon baking powder
1 quart huckleberries
Bake in a long pan and put berries in last.
(This is where the original recipe ends. After experimentation,
I bake in 2 greased and floured 8" by 8" pans at 350 degrees
for 45 - 50 minutes or until toothpick tests clean.)
