Coconut Macaroons

1 pkg. Angel flake coconut
2/3 cup sugar
6 tbs. Flour
ΒΌ tsp. Salt
4 egg whites
2 tsp. grated orange or lime peel (optional)
1 tsp. almond extract
325 degree oven

Mix coconut, sugar, flour and salt in large bowl.
Stir in egg whites, grated peel and almond extract until well blended.
Drop onto lightly greased and floured cookie sheet.
Bake 20 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
Cool on wire racks.
