“Easy Fall Relish”

Traditionally made in the fall and used through out the Thanksgiving and
Christmas Season.
core one large apple (leave skin on)
one large onion
one large dill pickle
chop in blender
add one cup sugar
add 1/2 cup white vinegar
stir and store in refrigerator (the longer it sets the better it tastes) Compliments meat dishes. So very easy to make and is very tasty.
