Gobbler Cobbler Recipe

¼ cup butter or margarine
¼ cup all-purpose flour
1 can condensed cheese soup
1 ½ cups milk
1 tbl instant minced onion
½ tsp. Monosodium glutamate
Dash of Pepper
2 cups diced cooked turkey
1 cup carrots, sliced ¼ inch and cooked

1 package refrigerated crescent shaped dinner rolls
1 slightly beaten egg
1 tbls. Milk
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbls. toasted sesame seed
Melt butter or margarine; blend in flour. Add soup; gradually stir in milk. Add minced onion, celery seed, monosodium glutamate, and pepper. Cook, stirring constantly, till mixture thickens. Stir in turkey and carrots. Pour in 11 x 7 x 1 ½ inch baking dish. Unroll the dinner rolls and fit over top of baking dish. Brush with mixture of egg and milk. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and sesame seed. Bake in moderate oven (375°) about 20 minutes or till crust is golden brown. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
