Granny’s Granola

6 cups regular rolled oats
1-cup raw sunflower seeds
1-cup raw cashews or English walnuts
½ cup honey
½ cup oil
1-teaspoon vanilla
Heat honey and oil. Add vanilla. Mix oatmeal, sunflower seeds and nuts. Pour the honey mixture over oatmeal mixture and mix well.
Put this mixture in a baking pan. Bake at 325-degree oven until light brown. Mix frequently.
Raw nuts can be found at a natural food store.
This granola good sprinkled over yogurt or ice cream.
