Lemon Spinach Salad

(great salad to take to a picnic outside in the heat)

2 – 3oz. packages of Lemon jello
2 cups boiling water
mix well and let it set up – just a little
2 cups small curd cottage cheese
2 cups mayonnaise (real) I use Hellmans
1 cup celery cut fine
1 teaspoon vinegar
Mix in ½ of 10oz chopped spinach well drained
Put in a 9 X 13 glass dish and chill in frig until serving
Keeps well.
