Pineapple Meat Loaf

1 lb. Lean ground beef
1 (4 ½ oz. ) can deviled ham
½ cup finely chopped onion
½ cup sour cream
1 egg
¼ cup fine, dry bread crumbs
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce with mushrooms
2 T pineapple syrup
¾ tsp. Salt
3 slices pineapple
Combine beef, deviled ham, onion, sour cream, egg, bread crumbs, tomato sauce, pineapple syrup and salt.  Shape into loaf in shallow baking pan.  Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.  Top with pineapple and remaining tomato sauce.  Bake 15 minutes longer, or until done.   Yield 4 to 6 servings.
