Rhubarb Dessert

Ingredients

4 cups diced rhubarb
1 ½ cups sugar
1 cup small marshmallows
2 tbls. Minute tapioca
½ cup margarine
1 cup sugar
1 ¾ cups flour
½ tsp. Salt
½ cup milk
1 tsp. Vanilla

Grease 8X8 pan. Put rhubarb on bottom of pan, sprinkle sugar over rhubarb, sprinkle tapioca over sugar, add marshmallows. In a bowl, cream margarine and sugar by hand. Add dry ingredients, vanilla and milk. Mix by hand. This will make a stiff dough. Put dough over the rhubarb mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
